Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer/Technician with over three years of experience to join our technical team. Based in Jeddah, the role entails designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure with a focus on reliability and security. Regular field visits to Makkah branch locations are required for onsite support.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise network solutions.
• Manage and upkeep networking devices such as switches, routers, and servers.
• Continuously monitor network performance to detect and fix issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and technical guidance.
• Deliver round-the-clock technical assistance to users and departments.
• Perform on-site maintenance and support during field visits to Makkah branches.
• Ensure reliable network connectivity across multiple sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Three to five years’ experience in network design and administration.
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork communication skills.
• Ability to manage stressful and emergency situations effectively.
• Willingness to travel for field support as needed.

Certifications Preferred

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent security certification.
• Relevant cloud certifications.
