Job description
Role Overview
The Senior MEP Engineer will be the principal technical contact for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing inspection and assessment services linked to Prime Apave’s civil and infrastructure operations. The engineer is tasked with independently reviewing design documents, conducting on-site inspections, assessing conditions, verifying testing and commissioning processes, identifying defects, and performing technical analyses on MEP systems across various building types including new constructions, existing structures, and fully completed projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough design reviews and site inspections of MEP systems.
- Assess the condition and functionality of MEP installations in diverse building projects: high-rise towers, hotels, residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and public buildings.
- Verify testing and commissioning efforts to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
- Identify defects and provide detailed technical evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and other technical teams to deliver integrated inspection outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering disciplines.
- Extensive multidisciplinary experience with building MEP systems is essential.
- Ability to perform independent technical review and inspection duties.
