About the Role
Penspen seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in static and rotating equipment to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves leading engineering activities, overseeing construction and fabrication processes, and applying expertise in standard codes such as API and ASME pertinent to the mechanical engineering discipline within offshore environments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A total of twelve years in the engineering field, with at least six years focused on mechanical engineering within major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- In-depth knowledge and professional experience covering the full EPC project lifecycle, particularly within offshore construction, including hands-on roles in commissioning, operation, and start-up phases.
- Prior involvement in projects for ARAMCO is considered a valuable advantage.
