Our Dublin Respiratory manufacturing site is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to play a pivotal role ensuring that manufacturing equipment operates effectively, guaranteeing correct and timely product delivery to the market. Team Environment

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will join a dedicated team of Manufacturing and Automation Engineers who collaboratively solve complex challenges that impact patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Champion and lead continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing equipment using data-driven approaches.
• Support manufacturing processes by developing deep expertise on equipment and its interaction with processes, contributing to solving complex technical issues.
• Compile and present equipment performance information by analyzing collected data to aid process enhancements.
• Manage multiple deadlines effectively, setting work priorities independently.
• Promote and actively engage in cross-functional collaboration to achieve team objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering discipline with at least 5 years’ experience working in high-speed, automated pharmaceutical or medical device filling, assembly, or packaging operations under stringent regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives, with expertise spanning quality assurance, validation, and maintenance systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable individual capable of designing detailed project plans and managing their full execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with analytical skills and sound judgment to address complex or novel challenges.
• Experience in preparing and executing technical reports that support process improvements, handling deviations and solving manufacturing problems.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities to effectively collaborate and influence across different functions through both oral and written communication.
• Track record of developing innovative, efficient solutions to challenging engineering problems utilizing standard tools and frameworks; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Dedicated to continuous professional development by participating in workshops, industry publications, professional networks, and societies.
