Role Overview
This position is an individual contributor role based in Singapore, with no relocation budget provided. As the Talent Management Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping how talent is identified, nurtured, and developed across the region during a critical period of growth for the LEGO Group. The role involves expanding our Talent Management approach to engage a broader group and ensure consistency, scalability, and impact across the organization. Your fresh ideas, expertise, and strategic judgment will help evolve global principles into regionally relevant and business-aligned solutions. Instead of following a fixed framework, you'll help co-create the next phase of Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong succession plans focused on vital leadership roles
- Enhance leadership readiness and evaluate succession pipeline health regionally
- Promote internal mobility and support talent development activities
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive talent reviews and succession planning discussions
- Support the growth of diverse leadership pipelines and improve retention of key talents
- Implement and uphold talent governance processes, crafting reporting mechanisms, and metrics across Asia
Qualifications and Skills
Required Expertise:
- Experience with Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Skilled in Talent Assessment and Leadership Development
- Proficient in Workforce Analytics and interpreting Talent Insights
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Influencing capabilities
- Effective Facilitation and Executive Communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Certification in Coaching, Psychometric, or Leadership Assessment
- Knowledge of Organizational Development Methodologies
- Competence in Cross-Cultural Leadership
- Experience in Change Leadership
Team and Work Environment
You will join the Global Talent Management team within People, Places & Culture, a global center of excellence focused on building leadership capability aligned with business strategy. The team collaborates broadly across functions and geographies, emphasizing partnership, data-driven decisions, and talent review processes. The role supports a hybrid working rhythm, promoting teamwork across locations.
Success Indicators
Success in this role will be demonstrated through enhanced succession coverage, increased readiness of successors, and confidence among leaders in talent decision-making. Over 12 to 18 months, you will help develop talent management frameworks, boost leadership pipelines, encourage internal mobility, and strengthen the use of workforce insights in decisions. Close collaboration with senior business leaders, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture, Reward, and global Talent Management experts is essential.
