Senior Manager (Outreach & Engagement)

Role Overview

This position involves crafting and executing engagement strategies aimed at strengthening URA's connection with stakeholders, youth, and the wider public.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus includes expanding youth outreach by developing educational resources, engaging with schools, and creating unique learning opportunities that foster appreciation for URA's urban development initiatives. Collaboratively, the role supports wider stakeholder engagement by managing relationships, analyzing feedback data for improvement, fostering partnerships, and facilitating volunteer programmes that co-create activities with URA.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or alternatively in Geography, Social Sciences, or Environmental Studies.
• Have between one to two years’ experience in youth/public engagement or programme management; candidates who recently graduated but with strong academics and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
• Exhibit robust project management capabilities to oversee projects from planning through to delivery.
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students and educators and the ability to present data insights clearly.
• Demonstrate creativity and a passion for youth engagement, with familiarity in current engagement methods and digital platforms.
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes along with flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills essential for teamwork and stakeholder rapport-building.
• Be willing to work during weekends if required.
