Role Summary

The role involves comprehensive oversight of factory operations specialized in Bridge Bearing manufacturing. Key responsibilities include setup and organization of machinery, designing plant layouts, mapping process flows, establishing production and quality control procedures, and managing daily operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of factory operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Configure and set up machinery according to production requirements.
• Plan and optimize plant layout for operational efficiency.
• Develop detailed process flow maps to streamline workflows.
• Implement production procedures and quality control processes.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities within the manufacturing unit.

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 10 to 15 years, specifically within a Bridge Bearing manufacturing environment.
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering at the Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. level.
