Senior Java and React Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Developer skilled in Java and React to join our Application Development and Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will analyze user requirements, envision key system functionalities, and design and build reliable Java applications. You will maintain code efficiency, set development priorities, and address bottlenecks and bugs by evaluating custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to define system features and capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable and efficient Java code throughout the SDLC.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs by evaluating alternative technical approaches.
• Participate actively in team discussions, troubleshoot issues in development and production environments spanning multiple platforms.
• Comprehend architectural requirements ensuring sound design, development, validation, and ongoing support.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including collaboration with remote teams.
• Demonstrate flexibility in travel as required.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Deep knowledge of software design issues and industry best practices.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in design and architectural patterns plus solid understanding of software development processes.
• Hands-on experience with external and embedded database systems.
• Skilled in creating database schemas aligned with business processes.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and unit tests.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Core Java and comprehensive Java technologies.
• Experience with Reactive programming including React.js.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Computer Applications (BE, BTech, BSc, BCA, ME, MTech, MSc, MCA).
