Role Overview

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your core responsibility will involve supporting various project phases including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution development, design, and deployment. You will perform detailed research such as literature reviews, analysis of public data, and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solutions, developing proofs of concept where applicable.

You will translate business requirements into comprehensive specifications, outline future processes, and craft detailed functional designs. Additionally, you will assist in configuring solutions on product platforms, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and propose viable solution alternatives. Your contributions will also include unit and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-value solutions to clients. This role requires strong collaboration with clients to address their business challenges and refine deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting teams across project phases from problem framing to deployment.
• Conduct research including literature surveys and vendor evaluations to develop alternative solutions and proof of concepts.
• Document detailed business requirements, future-state processes, and functional designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot product-based solutions, diagnosing root causes and proposing alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and broader organizational initiatives for quality and value enhancement.
• Partner with clients to identify challenges and assist in delivering refined solutions.
• Stay informed about current technology trends and industry developments.
• Assess current processes, recommend improvements, and suggest technological solutions leveraging domain expertise.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Degree holders including Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BCA, BSc, MTech, integrated BCA+MCA, MCA, MBA.
• Open to any graduate meeting the educational criteria.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java Core and Springboot framework.
• Good understanding of Cloud platforms and Microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge in Core Java.
• Experience with Cloud platform Microservices.
• Hands-on with Springboot development.
