Job Overview

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards while managing risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Create detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee coordination among technical teams and business units to streamline project activities.
• Monitor project parameters such as scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies continuously.
• Manage project governance frameworks, reporting processes, and documentation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers to ensure project progress.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Handle change requests and manage escalations to maintain project alignment.
• Verify that project outputs meet agreed-upon requirements and quality criteria.
• Support project phases including testing, implementation, transition, and closure.

Experience and Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in IT-related roles.
• At least 5 years involved in project or program management.
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale IT projects successfully.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
• Master’s degree or equivalent specialized knowledge in a technical area is preferred.
