Job Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison connecting client requirements with service delivery, emphasizing outcome-driven performance rather than just meeting SLAs.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Create and implement Customer Success Plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead service review meetings and governance forums, concentrating on performance and value delivered.
- Enhance service quality, stability, and user experience continually.
- Drive innovation by identifying and introducing new capabilities, solutions, and work methods that generate measurable business benefits.
- Encourage adoption of existing and new services and capabilities within the account.
- Spot and support opportunities for account growth.
- Manage risks, escalations, and client issues comprehensively.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally at DXC.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Applicants must be citizens to be eligible.
- Experience in customer success, service delivery, or account management within a large ICT environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability, particularly collaborating with senior business and technology leaders.
- Background in managed services, outsourcing, or complex delivery setups.
- Capability to interpret service performance data into tangible business outcomes and value.
- Commercial acumen with understanding of revenue protection and growth dynamics.
- Experience working with government or regulated sectors is highly valued.
