This role demands comprehensive expertise across the Modern Workplace ecosystem, strong consulting and solutioning skills, and the capability to translate technology into tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage senior leadership to grasp their workplace strategies, business priorities, employee experience issues, operational limits, and transformation goals.
- Lead consulting and solutioning efforts to turn client challenges into impactful, business outcome-driven managed services solutions.
- Develop and present complete Modern Workplace strategies encompassing technology, service delivery, operating models, transformation plans, governance, commercial frameworks, and continuous enhancements.
- Demonstrate broad expertise in domains including Service Desk, Digital Employee Experience, Device Management, Device as a Service, Workplace Security, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Asset Management, Automation, Microsoft Copilot and AI, ServiceNow integration, Managed Services, and Transformation strategies.
- Create solutions emphasizing business outcomes such as employee experience, productivity gains, cost optimization, operational resilience, security, and user satisfaction instead of only technology features.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, architects, commercial teams, and subject matter experts to design distinctive proposals and secure strategic opportunities.
- Proactively identify and support business development and pipeline growth by spotting workplace transformation opportunities beyond reactive RFP responses.
- Lead or participate in client workshops, discovery and executive sessions, walkthroughs, and proposal discussions.
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives, service and operating models, transition plans, and commercial constructs.
- Define governance, service management, operating model, SLA/XLA, KPI, and reporting frameworks aligned with client targets.
- Contribute to and understand commercial models including outcome-based, consumption-based, managed services, and workplace outsourcing engagements.
- Shape Transition and Transformation approaches covering service transition, migration, modernization, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging workplace trends such as Digital Employee Experience, Experience Level Agreements, AI-enabled operations, governance, automation, self-service, and outcome-focused workplace services.
- Position AI and Copilot capabilities emphasizing business value and measurable impacts including productivity, experience, service efficiency, knowledge management, and operational enhancements.
- Build trusted client executive relationships, understanding strategic business drivers beyond technology implementation.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are commercially feasible, operationally viable, scalable, and aligned with client expectations.
- Support competitive analysis and help develop unique solutions that establish the organization as a strategic partner in Modern Workplace transformation.
- Mentor solution architects and colleagues in consultative solutioning, executive engagement, transformation, and outcome-driven approaches.
Required Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in Modern Workplace consulting, presales, managed services, workplace transformation, or IT outsourcing.
- Proven ability to engage senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and IT Directors.
- Strong track record of opportunity creation, influencing client strategies, and pipeline development.
- Wide knowledge of the entire Modern Workplace ecosystem rather than narrow technology specialization.
- Deep understanding of managed services operating models, governance, service management, transition, transformation, and outsourcing.
- Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution designs, executive presentations, business cases, and commercial offers.
- Expertise in employee experience, Digital Employee Experience, Experience Level Agreements, automation, AI, security, identity management, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and contemporary workplace architectures.
- Ability to correlate technology investments with business outcomes, financial benefits, productivity, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
