About the Role

Join the Corporate Functions - Performance & Reward team, where you'll help shape an engaging and motivating work environment. The team designs programs related to careers, benefits, recognition, and performance-based compensation. Contribute to our collective success as a (Senior) HR Data Analytics Expert (m/f/d).

Available office locations include Düsseldorf, Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart.

Your Responsibilities

• Design algorithms and analytical models to process and interpret critical HR data.
• Create customized dashboards using modern business intelligence platforms.
• Validate hypotheses by detecting patterns and relationships within data sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting tools and analytical solutions.
• Prepare and present insights tailored for diverse audiences and reporting requirements.
• Independently define and evolve processes supporting the entire value chain and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics with a focus on statistics or data analytics, or a related field.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in analytics and/or project management.
• Comfortable handling large datasets in high-confidentiality environments.
• Foundational programming skills in R, Python, SQL, or similar, and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Sense, or Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
