Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

Join an international organization operating in multiple markets as a Senior Financial Analyst within their finance team based in Singapore. You will be integral to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports, analyzing results compared to targets and identifying significant variances.
• Collaborate closely with finance and business partners across various functions to review profit and loss (P&L) statements, revenue trends, margin analysis, and cost management, providing insights on critical patterns and discrepancies.
• Create and refine management reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards using tools such as Jedox, delivering clear financial insights to senior executives.
• Contribute to regional and global financial projects, including building financial models, conducting business analysis, and handling ad hoc assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience.
• Proven practical experience in commercial or manufacturing sectors with solid knowledge of P&L and financial performance metrics.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities accompanied by advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Jedox, or other enterprise resource planning and planning software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills paired with an ability to engage effectively with diverse functional and regional stakeholders. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
