Role Overview

The Senior Executive specializing in AR Billing will be responsible for handling billing activities related to all service, maintenance, and warranty work. The role involves close coordination with various internal teams to ensure accurate processing and validation of billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing for service, maintenance, and warranty assignments.
• Collaborate with technicians, frontline managers, operations managers, and warehouse staff to resolve task coding inconsistencies and obtain necessary approvals.
• Verify pricing, warranty details, parts used, and accepted payment methods.
• Generate and compile invoice batches efficiently.
• Process relevant billing reports accurately.
• Distribute invoices to customers by physical mail or email.
• Handle membership account management including new setups, extensions, and cancellations.
• Administer credit card payment processing and perform invoice corrections or adjustments as needed.
