Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We seek a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to assist our Accounts Department with daily bookkeeping and financial operations. The candidate should possess foundational accounting knowledge, exhibit strong numerical aptitude, and perform tasks with precision and accountability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday accounting tasks.
• Document vouchers, receipts, payments, and related supporting paperwork.
• Update finance records using Pharma accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements accurately.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
• Maintain detailed records for accounts payable and receivable.
• Support in preparing GST, TDS, and other required statutory documents as applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams for invoice collection, validation, and billing.
• Systematically organize and maintain financial documentation.
• Offer administrative assistance to the accounting team when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possesses a B.Com, M.Com, BBM in Finance, or an equivalent commerce degree.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with Tally or other accounting software is advantageous.
• Strong numerical skills coupled with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organizational capabilities.
• Capable of managing confidential financial information responsibly.
• Open to candidates with experience up to two years.
