• Ensure all engineering staff adhere to organizational performance standards.
• Maintain equipment and infrastructure as per required specifications and implement scheduled preventive maintenance with precise record keeping.
• Optimize resource usage to reduce unnecessary maintenance costs while promoting energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensure operational areas meet high guest and internal service standards.
• Act immediately and appropriately to fire, smoke, or service disruption incidents during shifts.
• Develop and enforce engineering system procedures and compliance protocols.
• Propose upgrades to systems and operational methods to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Follow up with purchasing for timely receipt of materials and spare parts.
• Encourage skill diversification and continuous professional growth among team members.
• Utilize performance appraisal systems to assess staff and identify training needs.
• Lead ongoing technical and behavioral training programs, including personally conducting key trade-specific sessions.
• Provide counseling and support on professional and personal issues to subordinates.
• Participate in behavioral and vocational training to enhance leadership capabilities and multifunctionality.
