Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Resources + Industry team based in either our Adelaide or Perth office. This role focuses on strengthening local electrical engineering expertise, expanding client relationships, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to diverse projects in mining, industrial, transport, water, and civil infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical components throughout all phases of projects, including feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement support, construction, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on a variety of industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Deliver technical guidance for sustaining capital projects and engineering studies.
• Contribute to industrial decarbonisation initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and team development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated design and engineering experience in mining, local government, or heavy industry sectors.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems including high and low voltage distribution, control systems, communication networks, safety systems, and motor controls.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation such as specifications, datasheets, reports, and scopes of work.
