Job Overview

Wood is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join the ADNOC Offshore US LTDP project based in Abu Dhabi. This role entails overseeing project documentation management in accordance with company and client protocols within the oil and gas domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the document control system aligning with organizational procedures and client specifications.
  • Manage document registration, distribution, tracking, and retrieval processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely document submissions and acknowledgments.
  • Prepare transmittal documents, maintain detailed logs, and produce reports reflecting documentation status.
  • Ensure traceability of documents and safeguard confidential records securely.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior document controllers to adhere to established workflows.
  • Coordinate audit activities ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards and project mandates.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive expertise in document control specifically within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and familiarity with ISO standards and client documentation requirements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

Experience

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in document control.
