Job Overview

The Senior Designer will be responsible for generating innovative and high-quality design concepts to support product advertising and a variety of promotional initiatives. This role demands the delivery of polished graphic materials tailored for marketing and sales across printed media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply creative design techniques to express brand identity and product values through compelling layouts, styling, and color schemes suitable for both print and digital outlets.
• Create engaging visual graphics and marketing content that strengthen the branding and advertisement of products.
• Manage and archive a comprehensive visual database including color correction to support business requirements.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and subject knowledge through dedicated research.
• Lead and oversee the graphic design team ensuring brand aesthetics remain consistent and impactful across all deliverables.
• Collaborate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to conceive packaging solutions that align with client needs.
• Design packaging that is cost-effective, visually appealing, and compliant with safety standards.
• Develop marketing and sales collateral, managing projects from concept to final production output.
• Track the progress of marketing communications design schedules and report status updates.
• Ensure all designs and outputs comply with company policies and standards.
• Coach and train subordinates, delegate assignments, and promote effective teamwork maintaining motivation and fair task distribution.
• Execute planned activities efficiently to meet operational objectives while optimizing resource utilization on time and cost parameters.
• Provide detailed periodic reporting highlighting progress, deviations, and resolution of issues.
• Address operational problems as they arise, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Enhance business processes by documenting systems and pursuing automation opportunities.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in design specifications and various design tools.
