About the Role
As an Engineer in QA/QC Electrical at alfanar, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring quality and compliance across electrical engineering projects. Your responsibilities include training, guiding, and delegating tasks to subordinates while maintaining motivation and morale. You will execute planned activities adhering to operational and development schedules, optimize resource use for time and cost effectiveness, and provide periodic detailed reports on performance deviations and task execution. Resolving operational challenges and escalating complex issues will be part of your duties.
Quality assurance is key: you will develop and enforce quality control processes and specifications related to product and process standards. Coordination of documented systems, policies, and procedures, with a focus on automation where possible, is expected, alongside strict adherence to corporate policies and work instructions.
You will ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental management guidelines in your work area, guaranteeing the delivery of high-caliber products and services while upholding legislative and safety obligations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven work experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in relevant fields.
