Communication
Internal Communication
- Engage regularly with the Security Manager and Operational Managers to ensure cohesive operational alignment.
Purpose
- Deliver comprehensive reports detailing the effectiveness of Security strategy implementation, key security performance indicators, risk assessments, compliance and non-conformance issues, incident outcomes, and findings from investigations.
- Guide operational management in responding effectively to these reports to ensure security strategies are properly executed, performance goals met, risks mitigated, and compliance with regulatory obligations upheld.
External Communication
- Coordinate with contracted security service providers and their teams to guarantee the practical application of Milaha's Security strategies within operational settings.
Purpose
- Oversee the alignment of security operations with Milaha's HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality) framework, including related risk identification, control processes, and compliance audits.
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability
Employees are accountable for their actions and omissions within the security function.
Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to established safe work systems.
- Comply with all training and operational instructions provided.
- Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or near-miss occurrences.
Authority
