Senior Consulting Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior AI Project Manager based in the UAE to spearhead and execute large-scale digital transformation initiatives catering to clients throughout the UAE and the GCC region. This position demands a combination of strong project delivery skills, strategic product insight, technical expertise, and effective client leadership, with at least 8 years of project management experience in the UAE & GCC markets. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive digital transformation projects from start to finish, managing scope, timelines, costs, quality, and client satisfaction diligently.
• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation including project plans, charters, and execution strategies.
• Manage all phases of project and product lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, employing Agile frameworks for dependable project delivery.
• Define project scope, plan sprints, releases, work breakdown structures, schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on AI-driven solutions, custom web applications using .NET and modern frameworks, mobile app development, SharePoint solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform services like Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable outcomes that align with client needs.
• Engage directly with clients to interpret requirements into practical technical solutions; customize low-code/no-code and bespoke applications to produce tangible business results.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels including executives, business units, and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising architects, technical leads, developers, QA specialists, and DevOps to ensure cohesive execution, while facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and transformation plans tailored for clients across different industries, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative digital solutions.
• Manage risks and governance by identifying dependencies and constraints, maintaining RAID logs, and implementing mitigation strategies early in the process; ensure compliance with regional standards including data policies and security frameworks.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, margins, KPIs, and resource utilization to maximize profitability and value delivery.
• Maintain transparent collaboration and communication among internal teams, clients, partners, and leadership; present clear and concise project updates and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe.
• Experience working with government organizations in UAE or GCC regions.
• Competence navigating Arabic and English stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in delivering multi-year digital transformation programs.
