Azure Presales Architect

About the Role

Delphi Consulting is looking for an expert Presales Azure Solution Architect with extensive experience to develop and present advanced Microsoft Azure solutions customized for clients. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, AKS, and cloud security coupled with strong presales skills such as solution designing, proposal development, and client engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to demonstrate Azure solutions' value and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure environments including Infrastructure as a Service components like Virtual Machines and Azure VMware Solution.
• Oversee Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to manage scalable and secure containerized applications.
• Develop and enforce security and networking architectures using Azure Security Center, Key Vault, and Azure Active Directory.
• Drive automation through Azure DevOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Partner with sales teams to architect solutions, produce detailed proposals, and conduct client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' expertise with Azure IaaS, PaaS, AKS, and networking technologies.
• Extensive background in presales activities including technical solution design, delivering presentations, and proposal drafting.
• Proficiency in Azure security frameworks, DevOps practices, and automation tooling.
• Strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert; additional credentials in Azure DevOps and security are advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
