Role Overview

The Senior Consultant - Workday acts as a pivotal link between business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams, handling all levels of client engagement. This role demands strong skills in analysis, communication, solution design, and client diplomacy. Responsibilities include leading workshops, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and clearly explaining Workday concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Workday projects with notable clients simultaneously.
• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM workstreams including requirement gathering, design, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Conduct testing phases, knowledge transfer, and user training sessions to ensure client readiness and adoption.
• Leverage deep expertise to advise clients and shape successful Workday implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Workday implementations.
• Mandatory Workday Implementation and PRO certifications in HCM Core and Compensation modules.
• Desirable certifications include Time Tracking and Absence modules.
