Role Overview
The Senior Consultant - Workday acts as the key intermediary linking clients' business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking, design capability, strong communication, and diplomacy. You will confidently lead workshops, gather and define requirements, develop solutions, and clearly explain Workday concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM workstreams across multiple client projects.
- Manage the entire lifecycle from requirements elicitation, design, configuration to support tasks.
- Oversee testing phases, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and facilitate user training initiatives.
- Serve as a recognized expert in Workday consulting with proven success in client-facing engagements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience with Workday implementations.
- Hold Workday implementation or PRO certifications in:
- HCM Core (mandatory)
- Compensation (mandatory)
- Time Tracking (preferable)
- Absence (preferable)
