Role Purpose
The Senior Consultant - Workday acts as the key intermediary connecting client business users, stakeholders, and implementation teams. This role offers the chance to enhance your analysis, design, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfort engaging with clients at all levels is essential, as you will lead workshops, extract requirements, shape solutions, and explain Workday concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects involving prominent clients.
- Lead Workday HCM streams including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and providing ongoing support.
- Oversee testing processes, knowledge sharing, and training sessions for end users.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable client-facing success in a similar Workday consultant role.
- Experience implementing Workday solutions.
- Mandatory certifications: Workday HCM Core and Compensation.
- Preferred certifications: Time Tracking and Absence Workday modules.
- Additional Workday certifications are advantageous.
