Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in HR Strategy & Operations, you will support organizations in strategically realigning and future-proofing their HR functions. Our team enhances HR’s role through solid strategy and process consultation, deep technology insight, and the targeted application of AI. Available office locations include Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Munich, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic issues concerning efficient and innovative HR Target Operating Models.
• Guide clients through change processes by incorporating global HR and HR technology trends.
• Design and facilitate workshops and client meetings; prepare impactful presentations for senior management to assist in making strategic HR decisions.
• Develop data-driven solutions using qualitative and quantitative analyses; conduct customer and expert interviews; apply modern data strategies and AI agents.
• Lead initial project parts and take responsibility by mentoring junior colleagues and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Participate actively in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, and advancing our practice area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in consulting roles related to HR strategy, process design, operating models, organizational models, and service delivery.
• Strong academic background, evidenced by a successfully completed university degree.
• In-depth expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, and HR operating models.
• Excellent analytical and interpretative abilities combined with strong presentation and moderation skills.
• High sense of responsibility along with team spirit, project management experience, client engagement skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify AI applications, evaluate them critically, and leverage them effectively to create innovative solutions with tangible client benefits.
