Role Overview
VisionTech Group is in search of a strategic Organizational Development Manager dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, culture, and fostering sustainable business growth. This position will focus on aligning people, processes, structures, and capabilities with the company’s objectives through targeted development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate organizational requirements and craft strategies and programs for development.
- Support initiatives related to organizational design and workforce planning.
- Enhance employee engagement and cultivate a strong organizational culture.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to identify skill gaps and boost organizational performance.
- Drive change management activities and foster sustainable improvements.
- Create competency frameworks and career development structures.
- Implement talent management and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze organizational and workforce data, tracking development metrics and providing insightful reports to management supporting informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, design, talent management, engagement, and change management practices.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven and methodical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent skills in project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience designing competency models, organizational initiatives, career pathways, and engagement programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HR analytics or people management systems.
- Deep understanding of organizational culture and employee growth principles.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and levels.
- Strategic thinking capability, robust business insight, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- High ethical standards combined with adaptability, creativity, and dedication to organizational success.
