Digital Transformation Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinking and technologically adept Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead efforts aimed at enhancing business efficiency, customer engagement, operational flexibility, and digital capabilities. This role focuses on pinpointing technological and automation opportunities supporting business expansion and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business workflows to uncover opportunities for digital enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate the deployment of digital projects across various departments.
• Work closely with stakeholders from business, IT, and operations to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Drive adoption and integration of new digital platforms and solutions.
• Track the progress of ongoing projects and assess their business impact.
• Set performance metrics and oversee risk management related to transformation efforts.
• Prepare periodic reports and communicate progress to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital transformation concepts, business process reengineering, and automation strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable digital solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation tools, data analytics, CRM and ERP systems, and other digital platforms is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with project management and business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating across functions.
• Strategic thinker with high commercial insight and a focus on continuous process improvement.
