QRM Junior Specialist

Position Overview and Candidate Profile

We are searching for a Junior Specialist in Quality Risk Management who holds a degree in computer science, business administration, or legal advisory. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance with hands-on exposure to compliance-driven roles. Familiarity with administrative, technical/logical, and physical information security controls is essential, alongside knowledge of legal frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, and the EU AI Act. Understanding risk management frameworks and CVSS version 4 is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary. The role requires comfort with technology, systems, and data, strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, service orientation, responsibility, and eagerness to learn new systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Information Security Exception Management process, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and timely removal of expired exceptions.
• Develop, maintain, and regularly review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), collaborating with stakeholders to keep them relevant and up-to-date.
• Provide support for information security projects and initiatives by facilitating coordination, tracking progress, and reporting statuses and timelines.
• Assist clients with information security inquiries, requirements, and questionnaire completion to support business tenders from a security perspective.
• Contribute to internal and external information security audits and deliver research-based security improvement recommendations to management.
