Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in HR Strategy & Operations, you will assist organizations in redefining their HR functions strategically and preparing them for the future. Our team focuses on enhancing HR’s role through thorough strategy and process consulting, strong technology expertise, and targeted application of artificial intelligence (AI). This role is based in multiple locations including Stuttgart with flexibility for remote work. You will play a key part in guiding clients through transformative projects by integrating global HR trends and technology advances.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with change initiatives considering international HR and HR technology developments.
• Lead workshops and client meetings, create impactful presentations for executive leadership, and aid organizations in making strategic HR decisions.
• Develop data-driven solutions using qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct interviews with clients and experts, employ advanced data strategies, and utilize AI agents.
• Manage initial sub-projects and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute actively to sales presentation preparation, marketing materials, and continuous enhancement of the HR consulting practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in consulting roles involving HR strategy, process design, operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery in HR.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR operating and organizational models, and service delivery frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret data, and strong presentation and facilitation skills complemented by responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Proficient in project management and client relationship management, with entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
• Distinct capability to recognize AI potentials, critically assess them, and apply AI for innovative solutions, actionable recommendations, and measurable client benefits.
