Role Overview

The Senior Consultant - AWS Architect will join our Cloud Solutions team to create reliable, scalable, and secure cloud systems. This position involves guiding customers through their cloud adoption journeys by applying the appropriate technologies to achieve sustainable and tangible benefits. Our focus is on combining cross-disciplinary expertise with a customer-centric approach to deliver tailored cloud solutions that unlock business value in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping and nurturing the team culture in a growing practice.
• Engage in hands-on project delivery about half of the time while dedicating the remainder to client interactions, supporting sales efforts, and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Design, build, and automate cloud-native applications that are cost-efficient, resilient, and secure, including migrating workloads to public clouds.
• Provide clients with strategic advice on infrastructure architecture options and cloud automation strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Expertise across diverse areas of cloud architecture and solution design.
• Proficiency with a broad spectrum of AWS services, including database, serverless, and container technologies.
• Strong knowledge of AWS identity, security, and operational services.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to architect and implement AWS-based solutions in medium to large-scale environments.
• Experience producing high-quality technical architecture documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A growth-oriented attitude, driven by an eagerness to rapidly master new technologies.
• Possession of AWS Professional and/or Associate certifications.
