Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst based in Doha, Qatar, to collaborate on business and technology projects. This role requires examining and documenting business processes and technical requirements, identifying improvement areas, and partnering with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Primary Duties

• Collect and analyze both business and technical requirements.
• Produce documentation for business procedures, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Spot gaps, risks, and opportunities to enhance current operations.
• Perform data analysis and generate relevant reports.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to drive understanding and collaboration.
• Assist in designing, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Offer actionable recommendations derived from thorough analysis and business priorities.

Skills and Expertise

• Expertise in business and systems analysis techniques.
• Competency in gathering and documenting requirements clearly.
• Experience with process optimization and problem resolution.
• Capability in data analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management approaches.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Business Analysis or related areas.
• Additional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum are beneficial.
