- Manage deployment, configuration, and operations of Camunda 8 components (Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize, Connectors) on Kubernetes infrastructures, either on-premises or cloud environments within the country.
- Lead assessments and execution of migration projects from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 for legacy systems.
- Define service level agreements (SLAs) for processes, monitor them, and resolve issues including incident investigation, bottlenecks, and failed process executions.
- Create automated tests for processes and establish CI/CD pipelines, ensuring adherence to code quality and security guidelines.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute actively to solution architecture and project estimations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical experience with Camunda, including production deployments using Camunda 8 and Zeebe engine.
- Proficient in Java development and Spring Boot framework.
- Strong capabilities in RESTful API creation and integration design.
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- Familiar with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, specifically OAuth2/OIDC protocols and tools like Keycloak or equivalent.
- Have successfully delivered a minimum of two full lifecycle workflow automation projects in either enterprise or government environments.
- Thorough understanding of BPMN-driven process automation and enterprise workflow architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with technical teams, analysts, and stakeholders.
