Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client BIM documentation in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Support chain assessment, mobilization, and coordination of BIM kick-off meetings.
• Create work process maps and ensure appointed parties’ BIM and digital deliverables adhere to both client and international standards.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings, deliver digital workshops, share lessons learned, perform interdisciplinary design reviews, and oversee performance tracking through Power BI and other digital tools.
• Promote the enforcement of digital delivery strategies and champion innovation within the project team.
• Advise clients and support chain partners on emerging technologies, asset performance, and operational requirements.
• Provide flexible support as a BIM Coordinator when necessary.
• Maintain excellent communication in both Arabic and English, verbal and written.
• Work effectively within an international context, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in BIM/Digital Delivery utilizing PAS 1192 / ISO 19650 frameworks on large-scale infrastructure and hospitality projects.
• Demonstrated success managing BIM on luxury hospitality construction projects such as five-star hotels and resorts.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and industry standards related to hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit.
