Senior Backend Developer (Python)

Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Python Backend Developer skilled in backend development, automation, and API integration, with a minimum of 5 years in the field. The role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and requires full-time onsite commitment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take ownership of automailer workflows and implement automation solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Python.
• Construct RESTful APIs and handle integration tasks to support various applications.
• Develop and manage scheduling workflows using Apache Airflow to ensure reliable task execution.
• Utilize cloud services on AWS like Lambda, SQS, and S3 for backend infrastructure and operations.
• Offer production support by troubleshooting issues and performing improvements to existing applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and dependable backend solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
• Proficient in designing REST APIs and developing automation workflows.
• Strong grasp of backend architecture principles and best practices.
• Practical experience working with AWS cloud services and Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to provide production-level support.
