Internal Firm Services (IFS) forms the operational backbone of PwC by providing innovative managed services that support Human Capital, Finance, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and more. IFS plays a strategic role in powering growth and enabling transformation in PwC Middle East.

Business Unit - AI Strategy & Technology

The AI Strategy & Technology team integrates strategic foresight with digital innovation to facilitate transformation through emerging tech, intelligent automation, and data insights. They develop operating models, technology roadmaps, and solutions to drive resilience and business growth.

Role Contributions

• Lead the firm-wide AI adoption strategy, guiding the transition from awareness to active AI usage across PwC Middle East.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards (Power BI, analytics platforms) to measure AI adoption, usage, and engagement.
• Conduct ROI and value realization assessments by managing surveys, time and value studies, and benefit analyses to demonstrate impact to senior leadership, including Executive Committee.
• Provide leadership for the AI champions network, steering strategy, content creation (playbooks, enablement assets), and focus areas.
• Design and implement adoption programs such as onboarding, use-case clinics, and targeted campaigns to boost AI usage where it is lagging.
• Collaborate with line-of-service leaders to embed AI tools into everyday work processes ensuring sustained usage beyond launch.
• Translate data-driven insights into compelling narratives that inform leadership decision-making and resource allocation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field; a relevant Master's degree would be advantageous. Experience should include at least 4 years in AI/digital adoption, enablement, transformation, or benefits/value realization, preferably within professional services or large enterprises with end-to-end initiative ownership.

Certifications and Skills

• Data analytics or BI certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate are highly valued.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci or ADKAR) is an additional advantage.
• Strong proficiency in developing and analyzing dashboards and adoption metrics using Power BI and advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
• In-depth understanding of GenAI tools, AI adoption frameworks, and measuring usage and behavioral changes is essential.
• Capability to create enablement materials like playbooks, prompt libraries, and campaign collateral tailored for non-technical users.

Soft Skills and Language

• Exceptional stakeholder management and persuasive presentation skills to senior leadership and Executive Committee audiences.
• Robust analytical thinking and storytelling abilities to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to drive adoption initiatives independently and energize networks.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.

Additional Information

Applicants should be flexible to travel regularly, which may include overnight stays away from their base office. Preferences will be considered to balance personal needs and business requirements.
