Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager in efficiently running store operations, driving sales maximization, and ensuring profitability. This includes developing staff capabilities, managing expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control, all while complying with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $21.60 to $21.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

This role requires working up to 38 hours weekly. Physical demands include extensive standing, walking, ladder climbing, and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
