About the Role
Join Edwards Lifesciences in Singapore and contribute to producing innovative medical devices that significantly improve patient outcomes worldwide. As part of the manufacturing team, you will assemble medical devices with precision and care, following strict regulatory guidelines and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of advanced tools and equipment across multiple workstations to accurately and efficiently assemble components into finished medical devices according to work orders and technical drawings, including computer navigation of drawings and data entry for parts status.
- Adhere strictly to established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), diligently recording traceable data on device history and inputting information into manufacturing data systems.
- Coach and train junior team members, oversee line performance, and demonstrate correct working techniques, particularly in the absence of team leads.
- Conduct line clearance activities by cleaning and sanitizing workstations at shift start and between work orders, ensuring all necessary components and tools are prepared.
- Perform self and peer inspections, including visual assessments under magnification, provide constructive feedback, and escalate any operational or equipment issues to supervisors for resolution.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in assembly roles.
- Secondary education completed; previous experience in medical device assembly is preferred.

- Ability to read, understand, write, and speak English proficiently, including basic numerical comprehension.
- Compliance with environmental health, safety, and quality standards applicable to clean room manufacturing.

- Strict observance of all company policies, including health and safety protocols and environmental protection measures.
