Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble various components and products according to precise specifications.
• Continuously monitor production output to ensure it meets quality standards, rejecting any items that do not comply.
• Perform testing on components and finished products to verify compliance with all requirements; collaborate with your line manager to address and resolve any assembly-related technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure readiness for production activities the following day.
• Adhere strictly to the Works Order Process in manufacturing goods.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo necessary training for the role.
• Having an electrical or mechanical qualification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Works Order Process (WOP) will be supported through training.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly wage of £12.97.
