Job description
Role Overview
This position is part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team located at Edwards Lifesciences' Limerick facility, supporting the company's Global Talent Acquisition initiatives during a period of significant expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruitment and the local HR team to prepare and issue offer letters for new hires.
- Manage hiring and onboarding tasks within the Workday platform.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding by communicating necessary requirements and collecting documentation, while resolving onboarding issues in Workday.
- Provide operational support to employees and internal HR partners, including Local HR, Recruitment, and Workforce Administration teams regarding talent acquisition processes.
- Manage queries and requests from other HR teams through the Service Now system.
- Generate and tailor Workday reports related to talent acquisition metrics for routine or ad-hoc business updates.
- Track internal workloads and analyze related statistics.
- Evaluate existing procedures and workflows to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to employees, managers, and HR Business Leaders across various activities and processes.
- Offer detailed explanations, troubleshoot, and resolve complex queries from internal stakeholders and external organizations as needed.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end HR service solutions.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by functional leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in Human Resources or familiarity with Workday is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proven track record working in dynamic, fast-paced administrative environments.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Competent with MS Office applications; knowledge of systems like Service Now is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
