Senior Architect

Overview

Based in Singapore, the Senior Architect will lead and deliver architectural solutions through all project phases, from concept design and feasibility studies to tender and execution. This role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors to guarantee designs meet high-quality standards, comply with regulations, and embrace sustainability principles. Additionally, the role provides technical and design leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept and schematic design solutions.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and present architectural proposals.
• Prepare tender documents, including schedules and specifications.
• Engage with clients to address project-specific matters.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for seamless project progression.
• Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and regulatory authority requirements.
• Support project bidding and presentations when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Architecture preferably recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum five years of relevant architectural experience, ideally involving industrial, mission critical, transport, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural details, construction practices, working drawings, and sustainable design approaches.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and authority submission procedures.
• Able to lead teams effectively with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Utilization of generative AI for architectural design, 3D rendering, or video production considered an advantage.
