Responsibilities

• Architect and develop innovative user-facing functionalities for Binance’s global Android applications.
• Produce efficient, stable, and high-performance code delivering excellent user experiences with refined design.
• Work collaboratively across multiple teams to conceptualize, design, and deploy scalable new features.
• Integrate and fine-tune third-party APIs and data feeds to guarantee real-time, precise application performance.
• Create and perform rigorous unit testing to assure application robustness, usability, and coverage of edge scenarios.
• Identify and resolve critical bugs and continuously enhance application speed and reliability.
• Engage in discussions regarding technical architecture and product planning, contributing to immediate implementations and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in Android development, holding a Computer Science, Engineering degree, or equivalent background.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages with solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Thorough knowledge of Android system architecture, including component lifecycle management and UI rendering processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack components such as ViewModel and Room, as well as networking libraries Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Expertise in architectural patterns including MVVM and MVI, modular application development, and handling large-scale projects.
• Demonstrable skills in optimizing app performance regarding memory usage, layout efficiency, battery consumption, and cold start times.
• Familiarity with profiling and diagnostic tools like Android Profiler, Systrace, Perfetto, and LeakCanary.
• Experience managing WebSocket connections and real-time data workflows, especially under high concurrency and low latency demands.
• Additional advantages include knowledge of Flutter or Jetpack Compose, experience restructuring large applications, and familiarity with the cryptocurrency exchange domain.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
