Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Leads to convert intricate business challenges into functional AI systems.
• Quickly prototype AI-based solutions leveraging modern tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agents.
• Engage directly with clients for continuous demonstration, testing, and refinement of solutions.
• Lead the entire lifecycle of AI projects from initial concept through to deployment as production-ready systems.
• Set technical standards and provide leadership across projects to ensure engineering excellence.
• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to the company's engineering culture and practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record of developing AI solutions using LLMs and contemporary AI technologies.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, with proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience in transitioning AI systems from prototype stages to operational production environments.
