Role Overview

We seek an ambitious Senior Software Engineer passionate about developing scalable systems that resolve real-world challenges. You will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and delivering impactful products that benefit property managers, their teams, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance Base360.ai’s core platform that manages all phases of short-term rental operations.
• Build user-facing features, automation engines, AI-driven workflows, system integrations, and operational tools to support property managers' growth without proportionately increasing workload.
• Develop applications and APIs handling listing distribution, pricing, bookings, guest stays, property operations, and financial reporting seamlessly.
• Create event-driven automation such as scheduling post-booking cleanings, sending check-in instructions, and generating owner statements.
• Leverage large language models and AI agents to automate guest communication, maintenance triage, pricing decisions, and portfolio management assistance.
• Design and maintain API-first architecture enabling connections among internal services, booking channels, third-party providers, and client systems.
• Integrate and uphold connections with platforms including Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other key partners.
• Deploy and manage reliable, high-performance cloud-native infrastructure to support multi-client global property management operations.
• Address complex operational challenges such as real-time reservation syncing, dynamic pricing algorithms, smart locks and key management, multi-channel guest communication, operational forecasts, cleaning and maintenance automation, owner financial reporting, and AI monitoring alerts.
• Manage projects end-to-end, encompassing problem analysis, architecture, coding, deployment, and ongoing improvements with an emphasis on technical judgment and system reliability.
