Senior AI Content Creator

Role Overview

As a Senior AI Content Creator within HelloFresh Studio, you will lead initiatives to integrate and expand AI-powered content creation primarily in photography, while also supporting video, design, and innovative creative formats. Your expertise in commercial visual production combined with deep experience in generative AI will allow you to produce superior visual content and design scalable AI-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce premium AI-generated content for commercial photography and video, including lifestyle, food, product, and campaign visuals, ensuring assets align with creative direction and marketing requirements.
• Develop and perfect AI content creation methodologies, including prompts and reusable workflows, utilizing platforms like Krea, Higgsfield, Claude, ComfyUI, and other emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Photographers, Video, Design, and Post-Production teams to convert creative ideas and visual guidelines into efficient, scalable AI production processes.
• Apply your strong creative insight and production expertise to enhance the visual fidelity, realism, and consistency of AI-generated content continually.
• Work alongside Workflow Specialists to pinpoint automation potential and help scale or automate creative processes effectively.
• Assess new AI models and innovations by testing their creative impact, adopting tools that significantly boost production quality or efficiency.
• Establish and disseminate best practices, standards, and documentation for AI content creation, mentoring colleagues to strengthen their AI skillsets.
• Keep abreast of the latest generative AI advancements through continuous experimentation and exploration of new creative possibilities for the Studio.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in commercial photography, retouching, art direction, or related fields with comprehensive knowledge of photography and/or video production.
• Proven advanced expertise using generative AI tools to craft high-quality visuals and incorporating AI within creative or production pipelines.
• Exceptional visual acuity with a profound understanding of photography principles such as composition, lighting, color, storytelling, and realism that define premium commercial imagery.
• Ability to interpret and implement creative briefs effectively to generate top-tier visual content and scalable workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating productive collaboration among creative, production, and technical groups.
• A proactive, curious, and solution-driven mindset with ownership, experimental enthusiasm, and passion for evolving AI technologies.
