Job Overview
Envision crafting recruitment experiences that enable exceptional talent to find their ideal roles within the LEGO Group. As a Senior Advisor in Recruitment Support situated in Singapore, you will play a key role in providing consistent, high-caliber recruitment operations, working closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes throughout all hiring stages ensuring precise tracking, reporting, and maintaining process integrity.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ideal candidate profiles.
- Perform in-depth evaluation of CVs, determine candidate suitability, and manage ongoing communication with applicants.
- Organize interviews and subsequent follow-ups while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Drive continuous improvements, assist in onboarding, and contribute expertise to projects, ServiceNow support, and talent initiatives.
Contract and Location Details
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with significant opportunity to transition into a permanent role within the LEGO Group. Temporary employees are not eligible for the PMP bonus but can receive a completion bonus upon successful contract fulfillment. The role is headquartered in Singapore; relocation assistance is not provided.
About the Team
The Recruitment Support team is part of Business Service Operations, a shared services division delivering specialist HR and Finance support globally. Together with colleagues across different regions, the team aims to develop and enhance recruitment procedures that generate superior experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, facilitating reliable and timely service during company growth.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment support or talent acquisition operations within FMCG sectors, managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met with thoroughness and precision.
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural, international teams and coordinating with remote colleagues.
- Strong command of English communication and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or SAP, or other recruitment-related technology platforms.
- Exposure to projects, process enhancements, or operations within shared service environments.
