Senior Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant based in Mumbai to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting processes utilizing Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Manage export documentation and receivables to ensure smooth international transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, Letter of Undertaking (LUT), and IGST refund processes comprehensively.
• Coordinate with Authorized Dealer Banks for Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) and electronic BRC submissions.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations.
• Perform reconciliations for banks, debtors, and creditors promptly and accurately.
• Prepare Management Information Systems reports, assist in audits, and liaise effectively with Chartered Accountants.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong expertise in accounting principles including GST, TDS, and export compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication abilities and coordination skills to work across departments.
