Overview
Join Hilton as a Security Officer and play a vital role in enhancing safety and hospitality within our hotel premises. Your contributions will ensure guests enjoy a secure and welcoming environment while embodying Hilton's commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of both interior and exterior hotel areas to detect and mitigate safety and security concerns.
- Assist in preliminary investigations by collecting pertinent details, documenting events, and preparing accurate security incident reports.
- Keep detailed and precise records of security-related activities and reports.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical situations, and security threats.
- Provide courteous and attentive assistance to guests, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience as a security officer is essential.
- Strong understanding of security procedures, surveillance technologies, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to maintain composure and take decisive action in high-stress incidents.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as first aid and CPR training are preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
